What the app does

HiClaire Reviews helps Shopify shops ask their customers for reviews on Google, Trustpilot and Facebook, collect private feedback, and receive videos and photos.

What we keep about the shop

The shop's name and web address, the review pages and settings the shop sets up, its plan, and a login token from Shopify so the app can work.

What we keep about the shop's customers

• Star ratings, and which review site they chose.
• Private feedback they choose to send, with the name and email they type in (both optional).
• Videos and photos they choose to send, with their name and whether they allow the shop to share them.
• The order number in the link they followed, and the Shopify customer ID for that order, so a repeat customer is asked for a different review site next time.
• Visits to review pages and where they came from (checkout, email, link or QR code).

We don't collect payment details, addresses or browsing history, and we don't sell or share data with anyone except the services that run the app (hosting, file storage and email).

How long we keep it

While the shop uses the app. When a shop uninstalls, Shopify tells us 48 hours later and we delete all its data and files. When a customer asks a shop to delete their data, Shopify tells us and we delete their feedback, uploads and review history.

Your rights

Customers: please contact the shop you bought from; they can ask us through Shopify. Shops: email us at hello@sayhiclaire.com for a copy or deletion of your data.
